In this episode, Adam talks about our upcoming Mental Health and Addictions Spring Fling 2026, happening June 12th to 15th. This event is all about bringing people together to have real conversations about mental health and addiction in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. Too often, people struggle in silence because of stigma or fear of being judged. Spring Fling is about changing that. It’s about creating a space where learning, healing, and connection can happen openly and respectfully.Over four days, we’ll be gathering community members, professionals, advocates, families, and individuals with lived experience to share knowledge and support one another. There will be educational workshops, guest speakers, discussion panels, wellness activities, and opportunities to connect with others who care about mental health awareness and recovery. While the topics we’re discussing are serious, the atmosphere will be uplifting, hopeful, and community-focused. We want people to leave feeling informed, supported, and empowered.This event isn’t just for professionals — it’s for anyone who wants to learn more, support someone they care about, or better understand their own journey.
