Episode 8 - Spring Steppin'
from Tommy Newell's Podcast Hosted by Tom Newell
Spring is here, along with some great weather (that miserable winter seems so long ago now!). So I decided to come with something a bit different... A mixture of dubstep and miscellaneous tunes to put a spring in your step. Joy Orbison features on a few tracks (I think it's because his tunes remind me a bit of my UK Garage days) and there are some of my favourite upbeat tunes at the moment mixed in between. If I get a good response expect some similar musical experimenting for the future. :) ► Burial - Archangel ► DFRNT - Dark Jazz ► Martyn - These Words (Roska's speechless mix) ► Joy Orbison - So Derobe ► Pangaea - Memories ► Silkie & Harry Kraze - French Knickers ► Bonobo feat. Andreya Triana - Eyesdown ► Jose James - Blackmagic (Joy Orbison's recreation) ► Recloose feat. Tyna - Emotional Funk ► MJ Cole - Sincere (Nero remix) ► Joy Orbison - Hynph Mngo ► Zero 7 - Throw It All Away
