Rather than resisting or suppressing it, what happens when we choose to sit with fear, to listen, and to transmute it?I tell a couple of stories from my life recently where I have had to discern between fear and intuition, which can be tricky. I also discuss how sometimes alignment may look like taking a path that is totally outside of societal norms and it seems scary.Maybe fear is a sacred teacher in disguise. Rather than avoiding or overriding it, what if we allowed fear to speak, to burn, and to become part of our transformation? What if we could safely alchemize fear and sometimes this looks like asking for help?Let's explore fear not as an enemy, but as a raw, primal force that—when honored—can guide us back to our truth. In my opinion fear often masks desire, potential, and repressed power and discernment is necessary.
