Today’s guest is someone who has experienced tennis from most angles – as a world-class player, coach, leader, and mentor.Noëlle van Lottum rose to No.2 in the world as a junior and broke into the Top 50 on the WTA Tour in singles. But her story didn’t stop there. After her professional playing career, she went on to build and lead a successful Tennis Academy for 18 years, became a National Coach in Paris for the French Tennis Federation, worked in United Kingdom with 14-18 year olds with the LTA, and later stepped into a leadership role with Tennis Canada as Head of Women’s Tennis, contributing to international team events such as the Billie Jean King Cup and the United Cup.What makes Noëlle’s journey so inspiring isn’t just her results – it’s her philosophy. She believes in knowing your ambition, enjoying what you do, making training both challenging and fun, as well as finding the right balance. Her message in this podcast is simple and powerful: be happy with your choices, follow your heart, and embrace your path. As she says, the glass is always refillable, everything will be fine. This conversation is about high performance, yes – but also about joy, resilience, and leading yourself with heart.
