President Trump holds a press conference a day after the 2018 mid-term election. Trump mocks the media and acts like a school principal disciplining children ("excuse me," "sit down," "I didn't call on you," "it's not your turn"). He twice targets black female journalists. What does Trump gain from this spectacle? Trump baits the media to ask him hard questions but never answers their questions. It's an American spectacle of democracy.
