Stephen is a person of many talents, we get into the depths of what his first sale looked like in comparison to today. While also taking a detour down the road of how can an entrepreneur successfully scale their brand. Once the entrepreneur is successfully growing their brand, Stephen points out the fact that hiring for our weaknesses is key to any success. While some entrepreneurs may be afraid to take that leap of hiring someone with a little more knowledge than them, it is key to grow a successful company.
