Connor has completed a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science and a master's degree in strength and conditioning. Connor was a participation officer at the Healthy Strides Foundation in 2022 and helped create the Participate App. Connor has an athletic background competing in Table Tennis for Australia from 16 until he was 23, and now currently competes in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.Connor’s career goal is to help as many people as people with a disability as he can through exercise as a strength and conditioning coach or as a clinical exercise physiologist.
