What's that one song that gets your blood pumping? The one that you know you can throw on that will pump you up and get you ready to kick some as... thing that may need a decent smattering of kicking? Be real - it's Patti LaBelle's "New Attitude," right? (No judgement - the song is a bop.) We all enjoy that adrenaline advance that hits when we hear that special song or maybe when we roll around on the jiu jitsu mat in our little jiu jitsu costumes looking like the Beverly Hills Ninja lost a few pounds, like our boys Sid and Keith.
