The 50th anniversary of the Planet of the Apes is as good a time as any to talk about this Charlton Heston classic that has spawned and respawned numerous sequels and prequels. Plus, recent controversy with Roseanne and DeRay make this so hot right now. We mostly focus on the original and the most recent entry into the franchise that helps close the loop on the interdimensional universe on the belt of Orion 320 light years from Earth.
