Episode 80: Prison (1987)

Welcome back to Film Haven Reviews! This week we are continuing out "Obscure 80s Horror" theme with the very interesting film Prison (1987).This one was a true mixed bag, with a great setting and a very unique concept, but an "execution" that was so hit or miss that it muddied the waters too much. I gave this film a 6/10 for providing some cool spectacle and great acting (from at least half of the cast) but leaving a bad taste in my mouth by killing sympathetic charactrers and having a very unenjoyable antagonist. ALSO I was on another episode of The Movie Podium this week where we talked about the 1992 Batman Returns from Tim Burton!
