Episode 81: Earthly vs Heavenly Wisdom

In this episode, Pastor Rhonda and Pastor Seth discuss the James lectionary passage, which dives deep into wisdom. James simply states there are 2 kinds of wisdom. There is earthly wisdom, which is selfish, envious, and bitter, and there is heavenly wisdom, which loves mercy, is gentle, makes peace, and more. It is so easy to live earthly wisdom, as everything within us tells us we should do that. James calls us to something more. We should live God's wisdom, and as we live God's wisdom, He will draw close to us. Just like there are fruits of the spirits, when we live God's wisdom, there will be markers that we see in someone's life. What wisdom are you living? How can you draw closer to God and His wisdom?
