This month, we are focused on the topic of careers and entrepreneurship. To find a career that is the right fit, it’s important to not only understand WHAT we want but WHO we are - what are we good at? Understanding our personal strengths, weaknesses, and work values is not a one-time exercise. It requires a lot of patience, dedication, and active energy to understand ourselves, and also account for all the ways in which we change over the span of our working years. To prepare for this episode, we each took a number of evaluation tests that measure our skills, personality preferences, and work values. We’ll talk about everything from our inductive reasoning skills to structural visualization skills to dominance vs. influence and end with a fun Buzzfeed quiz to evaluate what career we should each be in.
