04/26/13 - "The Skeptical Psychic" Nancy du Tertre and host of "Hot Leads Cold Cases" which airs Fridays, 8-9PM ET on CBS and Para-X Radios talks to her guest Dr. Allen Roland about his book "Radical Therapy: Surrender to Love and Heal Yourself in SEven Sessions (Not Seven Years)" and his heart-centered work with people suffering from trauma and veterans with post traumatic stress disorder. In his inimitable style, Dr. Roland talks about his unusual and unorthodox methods of getting people to address their deepest fears and ego constructs. For example, he asks his clients to imagine their own deaths, lying in their deathbed, being visited by all their closest family and friends, and then to pretend to be the family and friends telling the client what they most loved about them. Then the client must pretend to be him or herself, dying, and tell the people closest to him or her why they mattered. The effect is, according to Dr. Roland, very dramatic. People suddenly realize that love is all that matters and can dramatically shift their lives and dreams.
