In the AEC space, she has grown from a proposal manager and proposal operations specialist, to a leader and mentor of bid management teams, providing guidance on effective messaging, document development best practices, and public speaking. Kristen’s mission is to help communicators tap into their values and make deliberate choices to connect with their most important audiences.
