Episode 81: Teaching Electives During COVID-19

We continue our focus on spotlighting our teachers as they navigate through this new online COVID environment. This time we will chat with elective teachers. From Plano: Mr. Smathers, Ms. Ottman, Ms. Gallegos,fFrom Mesquite: Coach Denson and Ms. Burns. They'll be answering questions like:-What were your feelings during Spring Break when we were entering the "Should we close schools?" period?-Once school closed, first for a week and then for longer, how did that change your thoughts about how to do your elective class online?-How do you actually do your class online?-How has attendance been?-What are you doing differently now then the first week or two of closure?-What skills/practices have you learned during this time that you will you bring into school when it starts up in the fall?
