Christopher Mims is a tech columnist for the Wall Street Journal and the author of Arriving Today: From Factory to Front Door -- Why Everything Has Changed About How and What We Buy. The book inspired a documentary, Chain Reaction, which focuses on how the world’s supply chain has been strained in recent years.
