from Learning to Slay the Beasts Podcast · host learningtoslaythebeasts

As part of our back to school series, this week we chat with Parenting Success Coach Anja Simmons about ways to prepare for back to school, including yoga and breath works to help them with the stress of school for children, teachers and parents. Anja Simmons trained as a British Nursery Nurse and then became a nanny in England, Switzerland and Toronto. She went on to have her own family and found the joys and challenges of parenthood. She moved into the direction as a Parenting Success Coach to be there for parents as someone they can fully trusted to share in their struggles, support them and offer advice. She is also a certified yoga teacher in the Kripalu tradition.
