The pod welcomes another new guest - join Austin Chiu and I as we discuss our experiences in a volunteer group that we were involved with back in my younger days. With extensive experience in the nonprofit world, Austin is able to shed some light on topics that I was once upon a time very pessimistic about. An honest discussion about the theory of change, personal egos/our own capabilities in making impacts, selling an image to outsiders, and finally the kind of impression we hope to leave on  in a time of tension.
