Episode 82 of the Living Mandala Podcast : Episode 10 of the Living Mandala of Oz : Violet Cards

The Living Mandala of Oz podcast series explores the corresponding upcoming Living Mandala of Oz oracle deck through a series of conversations based on the color schematic of the cards. Each color in the deck corresponds to a country or character type within the magical realm of Oz. In this podcast series, Dr. G. William Barnard and I discuss each color one by one in an effort to tap into themes of divination, chakras, occult knowledge and spiritual undertones available to dissect in the 14 marvelous Oz books by L. Frank Baum. Episode 10 - Gillikins - VIOLET - The purple of the Gillikins corresponds with the color of the Crown Chakra, reinforcing its role as a gateway to the divine, the mystical, and the unseen. In this way, the Gillikins represent the spiritual dimension of Oz, echoing the chakra’s themes of unity, transcendence, and the quest for higher truth. Episodes drop every two weeks.
