Episode 83: American Psycho w/ special guest V.P. Morris

This week, author V.P. Morris ("ShadowCast," "The Dead Letters Podcast," and upcoming novel "Dead Ringer") returns to the show to discuss 2000's black comedy horror movie "American Psycho" directed by Mary Harron with Aaron and Derek. They talk about the differences between the book and the movie, the satire of hyper masculinity, the themes of identity, and how the response has evolved over the years. They also get into Christian Bale's portrayal of Patrick Bateman, reality vs delusion, among many other aspects of the flick. Derek has to return some videotapes. Aaron is a big Genesis fan.
