Lama Tashi Norbu is the only known Tibetan Buddhist monk tattoo artist in the world, who originally served as a fine art painter for His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Lama Tashi utilizes his art as a medium to deepen people's understanding of Buddhism and help them recognize their inherent virtues. He is the founder and Creative Director of the only registered Tibetan Museum in the world, The Museum of Contemporary Tibetan Art based in the Netherlands. His paintings are exhibited in numerous galleries and museums worldwide. This episode was recorded during Jaymee's 48th birthday celebration at his home surrounded by an audience of family and friends. After the episode concluded, Lama Tashi tattooed a very special Tibetan Buddhist mantra design on Jaymee at the party.
