Episode #83: Sarpsborg

I dag er temaet Sarpsborg. Byen var Norges hovedstand fra den ble grunnlagt i 1016 fram til 1030. I tillegg til dette har den også gitt verden noen navn som blant annet den norsk-engelske barnebokforfatteren Roald Dahl (1916-1990) som ikke bare skulle bli kjent for bøkene om fattiggutten Charlie og familien hans og mange ande barnebøker, men og en rekke verker han lagde med James Bond-skaperen Ian Fleming (1908-1964).  Henrik har med seg lyd fra det mest kjent av disse verkene som heter "Tales Of The Unexpected: Lamb To The Slaughter". Sarpsborg var også fødestedet til norsk-tyske Fritz Yngvar Moen (1941-2005) som ble anklaget for to drap han ikke begikk på 1970 og 1980-tallet i Trondheim. Fritz Moen levde som nesten døv og lammet i den høyre armen og hadde derfor et allebi ikke å ha kunne begått drapene. Dette var grunnlaget for det som skulle blir et de verste justismordene i moderne norsk historie. I dagens NRK-hjørne får vi høre en morsom Roar Stokke parodi. In addition to this, it also has given some names asuch as the Norwegian-English children's book author Roald Dahl (1916-1990) who is not only known for the books about the poor boy Charlie and his family his and many other children's books, but also a number of works he made with James Bond creator Ian Fleming (1908-1964). Sarpsborg was also the birthplace of the Norwegian-German Fritz Yngvar Moen (1941-2005) who was accused of two murders he did not commit in the 1970s and 1980s in Trondheim. Fritz Moen lived as if almost deaf and paralyzed in the right arm and therefore had an alibi which made him unable to commit the killings. This was the basis for what was to be one of the worst judicial murders in modern Norwegian history. In today's NRK corner we hear a funny parody of Roar Stokke.
