Daya is a highly sought-after coach and consultant to lawyers and law firms across North America, known for her rockstar status in the industry. With degrees in International Law and Civil Law from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans, Daya initially envisioned a career in diplomacy but found great success as a Louisiana-based attorney, mediator, consultant, and entrepreneur for over sixteen years before venturing into coaching around 2012. In her quest to hone her skills, Daya transitioned to Washington, D.C., and successfully completed the challenging Accomplishment Coaching program in 2018. She spent a year training and another two years as a trainer while founding The Success Partner.
