In today's episode it's a pleasure to speak with Aleina who was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis during the start of the pandemic, her Dad has Crohn's disease. Aleina talks openly about Chronic Illness and admits she has lost friendships due to having arthritis which is not acceptable. We both agree and say we should be putting ourselves and our health first beyond anything else. We talk the high's and lows.
