Episode 84. Finding Strength in Vulnerability. How to Stop Beating Yourself Up & Learn to Love the Process

from MANIFEST TO LIVE LIFE GOLDYN · host Goldyn Duffy

Goldyn uses her own life examples of recent triggers to shed light on her emotional releasing process.  She defines vulnerability and the reasons you may have been unable to feel safe when being vulnerable in the past.  Vulnerability is such a huge part of us connecting as human's and resonating with one another's paths.  She dives deeper into the shitty committee and the ways that the old wounds may be driving the voices that keep you in cycles of beating yourself up.  The importance of sharing your feelings with others can become a lifeline to relationships and actually save them from horrible endings.  Goldyn shares from her heart about the wounds she has been creating from and the process she is using to heal and move forward.  When you notice cycles in your life of lower emotions you now know you have an invitation to look at something and release it. The awareness and use of this process allows you to no longer be in resistance to negative emotions,  but to actually learn to work with them,  so you can actually up level from crappy situations.  She shares that negative emotion is not something to run from,  but instead to sit with,  so you can work with it to become healed.  To be excited about this journey, instead of dreading these moments, means you are transcending this human experience and realizing your spiritual path that leads you to the manifestations that show you what you truly have going on inside. It's like a giant spot light on your emotional/manifestation field that allows you to clean things up so you can live from wholeness and the truest sense of love for yourself and others.
