Episode 84 - Glaive, Strange Movies, and The WNBA Champs

This week for Episode 84 Brooke and Corbin kick things off with a discussion about “deez nuts” in addition to “joe mama” set-ups, and how they could be better about capitalizing on the latter. For this weeks artist spotlight, the two share their thoughts on Glaive’s recent album, “Y’all”, before very briefly talking about the reception of Taylor Swift’s new album. Shortly after that, Corbin mentions his recent experience watching “Freddy Got Fingered”, as well his hesitancy to recommend the movie to others, despite trying to get Brooke to watch it, leading them into a greater discussion about odd movies they have watched in the past. Bringing the episode to an end, Brooke and Corbin talk about the Las Vegas Aces winning the WNBA Championship, a very unique accomplishment of A’ja Wilson’s, and Becky Hammon’s greatness in her time coaching the Aces.
