Episode 84: Gratitude First and Foremost

from M3: Movement, Mindset, and Medicine · host Breanna Danielle Beaver M.S., C.P.T, F.N.S.

In this solo episode, I share my current adventures in Thailand and the new levels of awareness brought to my attention. I was asked by my friend, Gaby, "What have you learned so far on this trip that you find to be most interesting?" My immediate thought after thanking her for asking, was that I somehow almost always start in a place of gratitude with my thoughts, especially in stressful situations. After a rough day of traveling, we couldn't help but laugh at ourselves and the experience overall. It was beautiful for us to to come to that place of gratitude, even in asking the question alone. It's what keeps me calm, what generates new good vibes, and allows us to be able to bring more growth into lessons learned, rather than resistance.Stay tuned as we sit down in the next episode together to talk about our time together in Thailand so far, for those interested in visiting the country. Where to visit, what to see, what to do, things to avoid, amazing memories, lessons learned, Instagram vs. Reality moments, and all the funny bloopers in between.
