Episode 84 - Magical Realism

Welcome to Spooky Season! We are back to our regularly scheduled episodes and boy have we missed you all. October is jam packed and we're starting off strong with some magical realism. Kristia's book has it all: a woman who can see the dead, a woman slowly embracing her horticulture roots, and a woman who can harness the heat within her to protect those who need protection. Rachael's book is about our main character growing and accepting herself after being dumped by her longtime boyfriend. She befriends a woman who very well may be a witch, at least, the town folk are all afraid of her. This book is a wild ride, so grab a cup of tea and cozy on in to your couch for this one.
