Episode 84: Perspectives Nature Can Offer Us 🌋💫 Reflection of my Night with the Stars & Lava

A few nights ago, I found myself standing on the rim of Kīlauea, with stars overhead and lava glowing below  🌋💫   In that moment, I was reminded of one of nature's greatest gifts: Perspective 🩵   The stars can humble us and give us perspective on both scale and time. They also remind us to keep shining, regardless of the conditions around us. 🌌 The lava reminds us that transformation is always happening 🌋 that we can continue to create new ground beneath our feet and reshape ourselves as we evolve, grow, and adapt.   Both inspire awe and humility, offering a perspective that helps keep us present and reminds us what truly matters at the end of the day.   In this episode, I share reflections on wonder, humility, change, and the perspective that can come from standing between stars and lava 🌌🌋 I also explore how nature, in all its forms, even something as simple as a growing flower, can offer lessons in growth, resilience, awe, and inspiration 🌸   Sometimes all it takes is looking up or looking around us to remember that we are part of something much bigger than today's worries, challenges, or uncertainties 🫶🏼🤍   #kilauea #volcano #podcast #healthandwellness #lifecoaching
