Episode 84 with Michael Moss Head and neck cancer survivor.

Michael is a testicular and head and neck cancer survivor that started his career in print advertising sales for a small firm and eventually became a part owner and assisted in growing the business.  As the business grew I He slowly transited to the management side. Went back to school to achieve a MBA so the company would not out grow him .  He eventually became President & CEO and facilitated The sale of the company which consisted of over 460 employees.
