Episode 85: Current State of Affairs - 5 January 2020 - James 4:6-10

James helps us improve our "State of Affairs". The context of James 4 causes us to reflex on our worldview. Friendship with the world is enmity with God. We must see the world as it truely is and then rely on God's grace - he gives us more and more grace (4:5). We then find 10 imperatives that are in the aorist tense. This means we are to make deliberate decisions. Each command stated I need to ask myself - "Is this something I need to change in my life." We look at each of the 10 commands and discuss how we can apply them to our lives.
