Episode 85: DK & Ghettosocks
from The Pagan Place Podcast Hosted by The Pagan Place Podcast
Touted by the CBC in their top 25 Rappers and the modern Master of Boom Bap, we had a great discussion with Halifax's own Dk & Ghettosocks the night before they headed to Saint John for a night of Hip Hop. We got a bit into things they love about music, some of their influences growing up and how they see their own individual sound. And as always they let us hear a few tunes off of their 2022 Album 'The Masters'. If you like what you hear, you can check the album out on their Bandcamp page. The Tunes you'll hear (All off 'The Masters'): What it Seems (feat Skyzoo & Rome Streetz), The Masters (feat. CL Smooth & El Da Sensei), Reflections, All In (feat O.C. & Moka Only) Also, thanks to Adrian the Intern and Frank James..
