(Reaching Empowering All People), a local organization that empowers and advocates for our most marginalized student populations. He currently serves as the Vice President/Executive Director for REAP Inc. He is a visionary leader in both the nonprofit and public sector who engages business leaders, educators, students, community leaders and parents. Mark is one of the leading voices for youth development, educational equity and community leadership in Portland, Oregon.
