Episode 85: Love Drives Out Fear

(II John 1:7; John 14:15) Love throws out fear! Love drives away fear! God is love. God is powerful. Love is powerful. Love is POWER. As God’s child, knowing and walking in your identity will help you to drive fear out of your mind. A child of a earthly king or president do not walk about in fear because he knows his identity. He knows who his father is. He knows his father is not an ordinary person therefore, he had put protection and support systems in place for his comfort. He walks with this mentality, and shoulder high because of the way he perceives his father. How much more you- the child of God- the greatest Monarch, who has the Spirit of God living inside of you. Remind yourself: personalise it, internalise it. - “For God did not give me a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given me a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭AMP‬ So, what is the main practical way to cast dear out- WALK IN LOVE Jesus says in John 14:15 “if you love me, keep my commands” ““Loving me empowers you to obey my commands.” ‭‭John‬ ‭14:15‬ ‭TPT‬‬ Make loving God be your major priority.
