Ryan always has about 7 or 8 projects going on at any one time, including being in the middle of authoring a new book called, "The Best & Highest Use Playbook". Ryan understands the market like few do, and knows where to find great opportunities. Ryan is focusing right now on flips, wholesaling and new development.
