Episode 86: The Art of Miracle Mornings with Brianna Greenspan

from Live Authentically Podcast with Pamela Savino · host Pamela Savino

On this episode of Live Authentically, I am so excited to have special guest Brianna Greenspan. Brianna lived with an invisible chronic illness that went undiagnosed for most of her life. Until that time, she had been examined by countless doctors, who could not diagnose her issues. Brianna spent most of her time back and forth in hospitals, in various surgeries, and for a period was not able to walk. It was around that time, 19 years ago, Brianna decided that the labels and limitations of her medical team did not align with what she believed to be possible for her life.  From that point on, everything began to change. Leaning Into Who She Is  - No FiltersBrianna attributes the successful change in her life to the fact that she leans into who she is. Every day she asks herself who she is showing up as. She understands that each day certain attributes about herself shift, but most things will remain the same. She prides herself in the fact that she doesn’t try to alter who she is. She can show up every day as herself. Her authentic self does not need to be edited, and no filters are necessary.Recognize Our Own Super PowersBrianna admits that once she stopped looking for external validation and confirmation from doctors and others in her life and validated and confirmed internally, her condition shifted. Brianna says we live in a society of comparisonitis, where we are always comparing ourselves to others. We live by other people’s highlight reels. We need to recognize how powerful mindset is. We need to recognize our own superpower within and affirm who we are. If we want to play the comparison game, the magic comes when we compare ourselves to ourselves. When we can look at where we are today and compare it to where we were five or ten years ago — now that’s magic. The Art of Miracle MorningsAs a result of her unique life experience, Brianna has been instrumental in the growth and development of many brands as a brand strategist. She is currently focused on medical genetics and children’s education. She is also the co-author of The Miracle Morning Art of Affirmations, a positive coloring book for both kids and adults.Learn more from Brianna as she talks about mindset and how we can tap into our own tuition in this podcast episode. She also talks about the Miracle Morning and how it can impact your life.
