Episode 86: You Have The Ability To Love Like God

(1 John 4:19; Romans 5:5) I so love this verse “We love because God first loved us.” 1 John‬ ‭4:19‬ ‭GNT‬‬ “We are able to love God and other people because God loved us first.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:19‬ ‭EASY‬‬ The Bible says “we love” not that “we will love” . You have the ability to love like God if you are a child of God. The ability to love like God is imputed in you the moment you believe and confess that that Jesus is your Lord and Saviour. The ability to love people the way God loves us is given unto you the moment you believe and confess that Jesus died, and rose on the third day by the power of the Holy Spirit because the same Spirit comes to dwell in us. “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Anyone who is in Christ has the ability to love like God, and this can only be doable when we continuously live in the spirit - being conscious that God has given us His Holy Spirit, who continuously fills our hearts with his love. ‭‭ Let’s pray Father I thank You for giving us Your Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with His love.
