Dr. Brasher sheds some light on some of the confusion from the recent news surrounding a proposed increase to the pintail bag limit, the expansion of the Black-bellied Whistling Duck into Texas, and how duck habitat is looking for this years breeding season in the “Duck Factory” of the Prairie Pothole Region.
