This week, Aarthi speaks to us about how she has not let her age stop her from being involved in things that most adults shy away from. She speaks with passion and lots of joy about being an advocate for her community, for not letting the colour of her skin stop her from being a voice for her community. She speaks about how an idea that she had while sitting on the couch with a friend has now tranformed the lives of so many young people through the expression of cultural performance.
