During this week's episode of  NAPS Chat, Dr. Tevi Troy discusses the White House deliberative process and how administration policies are  formulated. In addition, as the Deputy Assistant and Acting Assistant  to the President for Domestic Policy under President George W. Bush, Dr. Troy gives a bit of  insight relating to postal policy within the Bush White House. Tevi has  authored a number of books and articles on the American presidency, including  the recently published, "Fight House: Rivalries in the White House from Truman to Trump."
