#METOO: In this episode, we are taking our the trash #METOO style. Listen in as Liz and Heather talk about the current movement in Hollywood, but also what happens to us (and others) all the time as women in this world. We also answer a couple of listener questions on the subject. #MeToo This movement, if you aren’t familiar with it, is bringing awareness to the prevalence of sexual harassment or sexual assault. It started with the Harvey Weinstein accusations, but has become so much more. We wanted to talk about this because we are women, we host a podcast, and it is important for us to engage in the discussion. Heather tells her story of pornography being e-mailed to her by an upper manager in a previous job, where that manager was related to the big boss. Liz talks a lot about Human Resources and hopefully doesn’t put you to sleep. Liz goes WAY back to the second grade for her first #metoo incident. We really don’t think about those little things which can have so much impact as we move forward in life. We answer a couple of awesome listener questions from Bry-Fy Podcast and Home Video Hustle Podcast. Fair Warning: We definitely get a little passionate on this subject.
