His father taught him the value of a hard day's work, and the virtue of treating everyone equally. Andrew understands the value and importance of leadership through mentoring and guiding. He is an effective speaker, instructor and goes out of his way to educate, whether it be in the classroom or in the field. His expertise and understanding of the world of trauma started when we he began the profession as a dispatcher.
