In addition,  Mark and Bob talk about a September 17 committee hearing at which  Postmaster General Louis DeJoy will testify; a high-level meeting on Wednesday at the U.S.  Capitol that included the Postmaster General; congressional concern about how recent Postal Service operational changes may impact mail service; and the  U.S. Postal Service's importance to the 2020 election.
