In this episode of The Happy Workaholic Podcast I am getting a little deep with you. A bit more personal. I am sharing my recent struggles with depression and the changes I am making to get better one day at a time. I decided to share my story with you today because I know that there is always that one person that needs to hear something like this. Something to assure them that they are definitely not alone. I'm a real person. I have real feelings. I have good days and bad. However, sometimes my bad days are dark. Very, very dark. I know that there will always be a light at the end of these tunnels. I know that I have a very supportive group of friends. Sometimes that just isn't enough. I just have to ride the wave and know I'll be ok when I hit the sand.
