Craig talks about his covid-19 experience too, he says it was a tough experience and wouldn't want it again. Craig gives out some great advise about IBD, we also discuss colonoscopy experiences, blood in stools, what we can or can't eat. Craig says he is looking to get his racing car license this year and also mentioned he was close to getting misdiagnosed with IBS instead of IBD, which many people in the IBD community will know you can get misdiagnosed, it is hard to get a diagnosis.  There are not many people i have seen that raise awareness of IBD, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis well done to Craig, Thank you for sharing your story and some quality advise in this episode!
