Episode 88 - SR Will

SR Will is an artist who doesn’t shy away from his overall mission and life goals through his faith and in his artistry as he presents it to everyone he meets. This week we caught up with the Youngstown, Ohio resident to see where he’s at in music and life and we’re pleased to say it seems like a good place. After dropping several singles like “Centerpiece” and “Anchor” last year he discusses how taking his time to weave a storyline for each song has helped his releases really begin to stick with people. After focusing primarily on rapping over producing he describes the positive impact that the shift has had on his output and his ability to gain more attention from the right people. He also has been on a tear of live performances where he has connected with a lot of new local artists and other collaborators whom you might see him work with in the near future. As a man with an undeniable spirit and tenacity for music SR Will continues to inspire and be a light for those that might need it most!
