He also holds a  Master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. While attending Logan, Dr. Elson participated in extensive post-graduate courses through the Motion Palpation Institute and Active Release Technique. These programs focused on the diagnosis and treatment of spinal and extremity conditions. Dr. Elson has a special interest in functional examination and treatment and has had extensive training in rehabilitation of the shoulder, cervical spine and lower back injuries. Dr. Elson was a participant in the Neurospine Academy with Dr. Scott Gibbs, at the Southeastern Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. After graduating from Logan, Dr. Elson completed an internship in Cincinnati, Ohio with Dr. Mark King, President of Motion Palpation Institute. He has practiced in the Nashville area for 10 years, 7 of those years in Nolensville.Prior to attending Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Elson completed his undergraduate studies at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
