In her free time when she's not studying Neurosciences, she runs Marathons, surfs the world, spearfishes and rescues puppy mill dogs and will finish her first Ironman in 2019! At 23 Mary-Anne was one of the youngest VP's of Business Development for a large firm and recognized by the Ottawa Citizen as a "young business woman to watch". Mary-Anne left that career and opened her own real estate business, ranking as a top agent creating her own systems for success. Seeing a need to support entrepreneurs in the business world, she opened Red Apple Coaching. Mary-Anne created a training and coaching program for a major real-estate firm focussing on production and business coaching for over 300 sales reps. The program achieved the Highest Production Per Agent Award worldwide out of 100,000 agents becoming #1 Worldwide for production all the years she leads it; the only Canadian office to accomplish this & aided in over 80 new agents joining. To this day, it has never been accomplished in Canada again. Mary-Anne was selected as the first coach to represent Canada with the #1 International Coaching Organization where she ranked as the top Business Coach out of 200 coaches all 4 years of her being there. Mary-Anne was honoured to be nominated as "Business Woman of the year" for accomplishments as a trailblazer in business as well as charitable effort. She is known for her ability to bring a record-breaking number of businesses to #1 in their fields through her skills, drive, accountability and passion. Currently, her company works with over 350 business owners experiencing average profits of $2million and 50% annual growth rates. In 2019 she is launching a mentorship program "GirlBundance" for those who can't afford to coach in hopes to change more lives through giving back. Mary-Anne has developed some of the most sought out Business Coaching programs and is an expert in systemization, mindset and profiling. Her company expanded to include leadership, mindset, and NLP Coaching to Pro Athletes, Banks, and top sales forces across the world.
