The global pandemic initiated a great swing in the workplace pendulum from traditional office-based, 9–5 work structures to largely remote and hybrid working environments that have changed the workplace forever.    As we emerge now into a world shaped by the pandemic, with return-to-office strategies front of mind, the pendulum is starting to swing back towards traditional, physical workplaces.
