Find out why this book gave Carina permission to take naps when she needs them.   “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker. The most academic book on this list. Carina now sleeps for eight to nine hours per night religiously as a result of reading this book. Also, find out how this book changed Carina’s parenting style.   “The ONE Thing” by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan.
